  2. Provide Information: In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Wait for Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
